Who we are

AimRPG is an independent aim-training RPG built by a small team. Contact for privacy requests: Crin on Discord (ceviatacringe). The service is hosted on a self-managed server in the EU behind Cloudflare, at aimrpg.com.

What we collect

• Sign-in identity from Discord (and Steam if you link it): your account ID, public display name, avatar, and country. Used for login, leaderboards, profiles, and the online players list.
• A username and profile picture you set (optional), shown next to your name.
• Game progress (skills, items, gold, quests, unlocks), which the server computes and stores for your account.
• Leaderboard scores and run stats (such as accuracy, timing, and combo), used for the public boards and to validate scores.
• Replays of your runs, used for the "watch" feature and fair-play review. Your best replay per scenario is kept and others are pruned.
• IP address, used to deliver and protect the service and to limit ban-evasion and abuse.
• Crash and diagnostic reports (error details, app version, platform), used to fix bugs. Kept briefly.

We do not collect your real name, email, payment data, or precise location, we do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party ad or tracking SDKs.

Anti-cheat and device signals: to keep competition fair, the Game may collect technical anti-cheat and device-integrity information (for example signals that a run or device looks tampered with). These systems are currently being rebuilt, so exactly what they collect is changing; this policy is updated as they do.

Discord and Steam sign-in

We use Discord (and optionally Steam) only to sign you in and read your public profile. We do not read your messages, servers, or friends, and we never receive your password. You can revoke access from your Discord or Steam settings at any time.

Cloudflare

Traffic passes through Cloudflare for delivery and DDoS protection. Cloudflare processes connection metadata (including IP) to provide that service.

Legal basis (EU/GDPR)

Contract: your account, save, and leaderboards are needed to provide the Game. Legitimate interest: anti-cheat, moderation, and abuse prevention keep competition fair and the service safe, balanced against your rights.

Profile pictures and moderation

Profile pictures are stored and served by our own servers so they can be moderated. Uploads are screened by an automated image classifier (including for adult content) and reviewed by a person. We may blur, remove, or replace any image, and can restrict upload privileges for violations. Illegal content is reported to the authorities.

Your rights

You can request to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to processing. Deleting your account removes your save, leaderboard entries, replays, and uploaded images. Message Crin on Discord (ceviatacringe); we aim to respond within 30 days. EU users may also complain to their data protection authority.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in some EU countries). If we learn we hold a child's data, we delete it.

Security and changes

The server is the authority for your progress and scores, and secrets live only on the server. No system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy; material changes are posted on aimrpg.com with a new date.
