Accounts

• You sign in with Discord and may optionally link a Steam account. You are responsible for your account's security and must own any account you link.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts, and do not run alternate accounts to evade limits, bans, or leaderboard rules.
• You must meet the minimum age in the Privacy Policy (13+, or 16+ where required in the EU).

Beta status

The Game is under active development. Features, balance, and your save data may change, reset, or be wiped at any time. The Game is provided "AS IS" with no guarantee of availability, and we may suspend or end the service or your access at any time.

Fair play and anti-cheat

You agree not to cheat or tamper. That includes aimbots, triggerbots, speed or timing hacks, packet manipulation, fabricated runs or replays, automating gameplay, submitting scores you did not earn, or exploiting bugs instead of reporting them. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or tamper with the Game or its anti-cheat, or to build or use tools that do so.

Reverse engineering and tampering are prohibited and may also be illegal under computer-misuse, anti-circumvention, and copyright laws (for example the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and DMCA §1201, and the EU Computer Programs and Information Society Directives). Where a non-waivable interoperability right applies, contact us in writing first and give us a chance to help before attempting it yourself.

The server validates runs and its result is authoritative. Runs that fail validation may be unranked or rejected, and accounts that cheat or tamper may be flagged, have scores removed, or be banned (which may extend to the network connection and to attempts to evade it). If you believe a ban was a mistake, you may be able to appeal it; appeals are reviewed at our discretion and our decision is final.

Names and uploaded content

Your username, display name, and any image you upload (such as a profile picture) must not be hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, impersonating, infringing, or otherwise illegal. You keep ownership of images you upload but grant us a licence to store, process, resize, display, and moderate them. Uploads are screened by an automated image classifier and reviewed by a person, and we may reject, blur, remove, or replace any name or image. Repeated or serious violations may cost you upload or naming privileges (a profile-picture ban) or a full ban under Section 3. Illegal content is reported to the authorities.

Authorized security testing

We may offer a separate authorized security challenge against a dedicated test environment. Only the explicitly invited scope may be tested. Do not target real players' data, perform denial-of-service, mass-target, or attack systems outside scope. Report findings privately to Crin on Discord (ceviatacringe).

Intellectual property

The Game, its content, and assets are owned by the developer. These Terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to play. Replays you submit may be shown to other players (for example leaderboard "watch") and used for anti-cheat review.

Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress (which may reset in beta). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live. We may update these Terms; material changes are posted on aimrpg.com with a new date. Questions: Crin on Discord (ceviatacringe).
